Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Disassemble the furniture carefully and pack it into its original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Attach Shipping Labels
Download and print the prepaid return shipping labels provided by our team and securely affix them to each box.
Drop Off or Pickup
Take your packages to the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
